I am graduated at Bologna University and at Universidad Complutense of Madrid, qualified as food technologist. I gained more than ten years of working experience in different food productions as in example canned and aseptic packaged fruit, bread and bakery products, ready to eat meals, fresh and frozen pasta and preserved vegetable in jar.
I am italian native speaking, but I speak fluently english (B2), spanish (B2) and at basic level portuguese (A1), all officilly certified as Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. I have also more than twenty years of experience as user of CAD (Computer Aided Design), CMSs (Content Management System), operative systems as Windows and Mac IOS and related suites as Office.
I have carried out some shelf life studies, managed quality in different food productions and developed related certification processes to technical standards as BRC and IFS, and to internazional set of rules as ISO. I carried aout also some technical reports as expert witness advisor for legal dispute about production equipment, legal definition about food products and label conformity.
I am a strong supporter about lifelong professional training, to which I dedicate many time and I invest a large economical amount yearly.
I am always ready for new challenges driven by expertise and experience acquired, together with continuous professional improvement and deep passion for food production processes.
